Thunder  & Lightning with Reverse & Flicker (TLRF)

INSTRUCTIONS
(reverse function - Red Label)

The TLRF is connected to a sound system and set up exactly the same as the equivalent TLF       product.   AFTER reading about the additional special "Reverse" function on this page, Click  on  the TLF link at the bottom of this page for the "how to" of connecting to the sound system.

The TLRF has an additional "Reverse" function that is not in our standard TLF product. This "Reverse" function causes lights that are normally on at full brightness to be dimmed, or totally extinguished (momentarily) in proportion to relative intensity of sound.   Thus lighting controlled by this "Reverse effect" will exhibit behavior with thunder sounds, similar to the way lightning affects a power line.
The TLRF has a function switch, labelled # 2 in the above photo.  When this toggle switch is thrown to the "Rev T/L" position, the unit will produce the "Reverse effect" described above.     NOTE:  for this "Reverse effect" a  9-volt battery must be connected labelled as  # 1 , above.

If the TLRF function switch, labelled # 2 above, is thrown to "T/L" position, the unit will behave identically to our TLF product.  NOTE: when function switch is in the "T/L" position the 9-volt battery is NOT required (used).

*****************************************************************************************************
When storing the TLRF, if a 9-volt battery is connected, it should be disconnected by removing the battery clip, or by moving the function switch to the "T/L" position.   If  this switch is left in the "Rev T/L" position, the battery will be drained.
